Join Me for a Few Miles and Help Raise Funds

Hello to everyone who’s interested in supporting America’s veterans.

Below, I’m posting the list of cities I’ll be riding through, along with my expected arrival and departure dates.

I’m inviting individual riders, bicycle clubs, teams, and supporters to ride along with me for a portion of the route and help raise donations for Ride for Vets.

You choose what works for you:

• Ride 10 miles or 100 miles (or anything in between)
• Set your own pledge amount per mile (or a flat donation) with your sponsors
• Ride solo, bring a friend, or organize a group from your club

Quick fundraising idea (simple and effective)

Ask a few friends, family members, coworkers, or local businesses to sponsor your ride in one of these ways:

• Per-mile pledge (example: $1–$5 per mile), or
• Flat donation (example: $25, $50, $100)

It can be as easy as:
“I’m riding ___ miles to support Ride for Vets. Would you sponsor me at $___ per mile (or a one-time donation)?”

I’ll share donation and tracking details when I confirm your ride segment.

How to participate

Email me at [email protected] and include:

1. Your name (and club/team name if applicable)
2. Which city you will meet me in (from the list below)
3. How many miles you’d like to ride (approximate is fine)
4. Your preferred date window (if you have one)
5. A phone number I can text to provide the arrival time

Once I hear from you, I’ll reply with:

• Exact meetup location
• Estimated meetup time
• Helpful ride details (route notes, pace expectations, etc.)

Quick safety note

For everyone’s safety, riders are responsible for their own equipment and well-being, and should follow local traffic laws.

A helmet is strongly encouraged.
